Please do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data (e.g. financial account details, identification documents, medical information) unless we specifically request them. Attachments are stored in a private, access-restricted area and used solely to prepare for your consultation.

- Our hosting and backend infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under written agreements.

We never sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months from last contact.
- Active and completed project records: up to 7 years after completion, in line with statutory and insurance requirements.
- Uploaded attachments: deleted on the same schedule, or sooner on request where we have no legal need to keep them.

- Request deletion (where we have no overriding legal basis to keep it)
